I met Sergey for the first time in Goa, in Small Vagator, in the early 2000s, and he supposed to own the second half…

Today I travel a lot with lectures about modern leadership and help millions of people to achieve their goals.

From the time we met on Goa I read tons of books about leadership and understand that nobody really understand what leadership is!

Ok, for me was clear that people do not same, but I can not accept so much difference!!!

How can I be not the first???

And I really could not.

Again I was in Goa this winter.

Again I found there Sergey.

This book is about his rules of life…

1. You must love

If you want to find out the meaning of anything you must speak about this with people.

Love – it is very strange thing you know…

There is only one word?

But if you will look on the word love from different positions you will see totally different meanings.

And this is interesting.

So try to understand this and look on yourself from apart, how you communicate.

1- you can love people.

2- people can love you.

If we speak about people then is clear.

By the way, nothing is clear in reality, but we speak later on this.

The main question you have to ask is do you really love all the things you do?

Try next exercise: write all things you do during one day and put marks on how you like it.

Lets say use 10 degrees system.

Use 0 if you have to use a lot of power to proceed, 10 – if you have to use a lot of power to stop.

For me is usually like this: be in a traffic jam – 0, sex with my wife – 10.

Do you agree that people is the main thing?

What I mean here – you never act alone, you all the time communicate.

You all the time communicate.

Even when you do not think about it you communicate.

So if you like people you communicate with you put 10, if you hate them – 0.

That simple.

As usual you put all the time only 0 or 10.

So you have to know clear how you feel now.

All or nothing.

Rich or poor.

Oligarch or downshifter.

There is nothing in the middle and must be like this.

At once I feel myself on the top.

No friends, no wife, no kids, no parents.

Nobody was near.

Did I love them before?

Yes.

Truly speaking I was thinking that yes.

You can love anybody only if the person make good to you.

That you like.

Or the person allow you total care about him.

You love small kids, kittens, puppies, etc.

You can love small people that you decide to take care about.

You even can love your employees when they allow to take care of them.

But then you will kill them.

Joke.

One of my good friends, best consultant on career in Russia say today only 3 years can good employee be on one place.

Maximum.

Then they gone or you have to fire them because they in depression and give depression to your corporation.

I was truly shocked.

Sergey when you feel that you are alone?

Love is a very difficult thing in reality.

You can see that you love somebody.

But next moment you do not love.

But it was the same one!!!

The same.

Same person you see but feel that no more love.

May be love is when you can take care of someone?

Sergey answer but slowly.

You need years so new knowledge become yourself.

Your nature now and your nature that you must have is very different.

Start thinking about word love is to take care.

Or be liable.

This is difficult.

Lets start from the meaning take care.

To be liable later.

And know that you must be number one in the world.

In all things.

You already the best but you have to remember this all time.

When you find it difficult, take couch, consultant on leadership and motivation…

What does it mean to be the best?

To feel it.

Only feel.

And all human will be like as they want to show you differ – only to help.

Well… if you want to study how to love you study leadership then.

And if you want to become best you study love.

Sounds like bullshit but true.

Now I can’t explain it, you will not understand.

Imagine how you are alone and all staff want your tips.

If you give tips you don’t like.

And you are not the best.

No more tips and see how you become more egoist.

I see to the ocean and say now I can love.

After very good food and drink you can feel like this.

I had such feeling.

No Maikl, love is fight.

It’s real fight.

It’s a feeling of total weakness.

Love is not when you just fly without body.

For a moment I thought Sergey said this not for me.

Or he sleeps.

Or I sleep.

This could not be true.

No possible.

When I tell that you must love I know it not easy.

But this is your way.

Leader – who study love.

If you 20 years was close to a woman and see how she suddenly had sex with another man and that was moment to practice, for example.

20 years it was preparation.

That moment you can use and become leader.

In two weeks I have lecture in NY, will come 1000—1500 people and may be million will watch at home.

As usual I will speak about my first billion and all this bullshit that love people to hear.

But after they will ask questions Sergey.

This time I can’t be true.

What shall I do?

To stop everything that is planned for next 5 years?

You have to be leader.

And fight.

And when you become more than all human you know that true fight with yourself.

And the first lesson is love.

You was thinking you can be more than the others.

Become best in your town.

Country.

World.

And everybody know your name.

Next?

I ask you: did you try to fight with yourself?

Did you try this?

You try to love when you dislike?

This make you true leader.

What does it mean to fight with myself?

Win?

Fight until the end?

It looks like a dream.

Not real.

But it’s true.

If you don’t know how to fight with yourself you loser.

Is it possible to love, study love and think anybody is loser?

Well… yes, it’s serious misunderstanding.

Only if you see for the first time.

If you look more serious there is no mistake.

By the way if you read here means you have power to go.

Neighbor, schoolmate, friend in kindergarten, owner of a state – same things.

You grow.

Grow things that you play.

You know how to play.

You must know.

In kindergarten.
